If you were a fan of the Nintendo 64 back in the day, it was more than likely that one of your favourite titles to pop into the machine was none other than Rare’s GoldenEye 007.
While the campaign is widely considered one of the best experiences on the system, the real meat of the game is found in its multiplayer deathmatch mode. Back in the day, it was all too easy for you and your friends to lose countless hours in the absolute mayhem.
James A. Chick and his team have put together an interesting little video depicting a “real-life” GoldenEye 007 deathmatch. Naturally, real weapons weren’t used (or at least we hope they weren’t!), but the well-produced video does a good job of paying homage to the classic James Bond first-person shooter.
